Lüderitz is Namibia's oldest harbour. The discovery of diamonds made the town famous. However, today mining towns such as Kolmanskap are the only evidence of a once booming diamond industry. In Lüderitz you can either stay in the luxury The Nest Hotel or in the Pension zur Waterkant Guesthouse.

The Fish River Canyon in Namibia is the world's second widest and deepest canyon after the Great Canyon in Arizona.
