An old International truck serves as the reception desk and restaurant tables are placed in-between several cars serving as fireplaces in the chilly winter months. Despite the unusal décor, the Canyon Roadhouse boasts with modern facilities such as a pool, bar, restaurant and ample secured parking. Other features are Wi-Fi and mobile connectivity as well as 24-hour Security and a fuel station. The rooms are large, comfortable and placed around a courtyard. The Canyon Roadhouse offers you a choice of 22 Rooms of which 19 are twin rooms, 1 x triple room and 2 x family room. Each room is fitted with an aircon, a safe, veranda, tea/coffee facility and an en-suite bathroom with shower.
• The morning guided hike is a 6km walk.
• The sunrise guided walk will take about 1 hour.
• A 3-hour guided sundowner drive through the Gondwana National Park will keep you busy for at least 3 hours.
